About Sonic Brass

    The Sonic Brass was founded to provide a challenging rehearsal and performance venue for the finest brass and percussion players from Arizona. The ensemble provides an outlet for students to further their musical and technical abilities through new and traditional brass band music. This unique ensemble will supplement the wind band experience in the public schools and provide young musicians with the opportunity to interact with other exceptional musicians from around the state. Through this experience, the ensemble's goal is to raise the level of brass and percussion playing in the state of Arizona.  The band also features world-class instruction by clinicians Sam Pilafian and Patrick Sheridan!
